​PROJEKTI…
Mobilni tim za psihosocijalnu podršku u zajednici
 
Tijekom 2023. godine, zahvaljujući financijskoj potpori Vukovarsko-srijemske županije, započeli smo s provedbom projekta „Mobilni timovi – Mentalno zdravlje u zajednici“.
Projekt je osmišljen na temelju iskustva članova naše grupe vršnjačke podrške u pružanju međusobne psihološke podrške iskusnih stručnjaka (peer support), pri čemu naši članovi volonterski pomažu drugim članovima i njihovim obiteljima.
Osjećaj srama i stigme koji prati psihičku bolest sputava ljude i članove njihovih obitelji da pravovremeno potraže pomoć, a nakon hospitalizacije osobe suočene s mentalnim izazovima vraćaju se u okruženje koje nije dovoljno podržavajuće zbog nedostatka znanja, senzibilizacije, strah i stigma. Mobilni tim po pozivu odlazi u domove, intervenira u kriznim situacijama, a po potrebi članovi tima ostaju s obitelji dok traje potreba. Ključna komponenta ovog projekta je pružanje podrške obiteljima u lakšem prepoznavanju i prevladavanju poremećene obiteljske dinamike, s ciljem poboljšanja unutarobiteljske komunikacije.
Strateški plan i strategije razvoja u županiji ukazuju na deficit izvaninstitucionalnih usluga u zajednici za osobe s psihosocijalnim poteškoćama i članove njihovih obitelji. Projektom ćemo proširiti primjere dobre prakse vršnjačke podrške.
Cilj projekta bio je socijalno uključivanje, osnaživanje i podizanje kvalitete života osoba s psihosocijalnim poteškoćama i članova njihovih obitelji. Razvijanjem vršnjačke podrške u zajednici širimo mrežu izvaninstitucionalnih usluga u lokalnim zajednicama i time doprinosimo stvaranju preduvjeta za proces deinstitucionalizacije u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Mentalno zdravlje u zajednici
U rujnu 2023. godine završili smo s provedbom projekta koji je podržan financijskom potporom Islanda, Lihtenštajna i Norveške u okviru bespovratnih sredstava EGP-a, a sufinanciran sredstvima Fonda za obnovu i razvoj grada Vukovara.

​20. siječnja 2022.organizirali smo akciju informiranja građana o depresiji na ovogodišnji Plavi ponedjeljak (Blue Monday), poznat u medijima i kao „najdepresivniji dan u godini“.
 
Uspostavili smo mobilne timove psihološke pomoći uz financijsku podršku Vukovarsko- srijemske županije, koju smo provodili tijekom cijele godine.
 
"Kafić Uzdravlje" otvoren je u travnju zahvaljujući donaciji HEP-a. U sklopu projekta organizirali smo razne aktivnosti od uređenja spiralnog vrta, likovnih radionica, psihošetnji i grupa peer podrške.

​Tijekom 2021., zahvaljujući financijskoj potpori Županije Vukovarsko srijemske, započeli smo s provođenjem projekta „Psihosocijalni interventni timovi“.
Projekt je osmišljen na temelju dugogodišnjeg iskustva naših članova u pružanju uzajamne psihičke podrške stručnjaka po iskustvu (peer potpora) prilikom kojeg naši članovi volonterski pomažu drugim članovima i njihovim obiteljima.

Javna akcija 12 i 5 za mentalno zdravlje
Predstavljanje projekta Ludruga Zagreb
​20. siječnja 2020.organizirali smo akciju informiranja građana o depresiji na ovogodišnji Plavi ponedjeljak (Blue Monday), poznat u medijima i kao „ najdepresivniji dan u godini“.
 
Tijekom svibnja i lipnja, sudjelovali smo na prezentaciji i predstavljanju projekta "Uspostava mobilnih timova peer podrške u zajednici za osobe sa psihosocijalnim teškoćama" u 7 hrvatskih gradova (Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Split, Osijek, Vukovar, Slavonski Brod, Ogulin/Josipdol).
