​Tijekom 2021., zahvaljujući financijskoj potpori Županije Vukovarsko srijemske, započeli smo s provođenjem projekta „Psihosocijalni interventni timovi“.
Projekt je osmišljen na temelju dugogodišnjeg iskustva naših članova u pružanju uzajamne psihičke podrške stručnjaka po iskustvu (peer potpora) prilikom kojeg naši članovi volonterski pomažu drugim članovima i njihovim obiteljima.
Tijekom 2021., zahvaljujući financijskoj potpori Županije Vukovarsko srijemske, započeli smo s provođenjem projekta „Psihosocijalni interventni timovi“.
Projekt je osmišljen na temelju dugogodišnjeg iskustva naših članova u pružanju uzajamne psihičke podrške stručnjaka po iskustvu (peer potpora) prilikom kojeg naši članovi volonterski pomažu drugim članovima i njihovim obiteljima.
Osjećaj srama i stigme koja prati mentalne bolesti sputava osobe i članove njihovih obitelji u pravovremenom traženju pomoći, a nakon hospitalizacije osobe koje se suočavaju s izazovima mentalnog zdravlja  vraćaju se u okruženje koje nije dovoljno podržavajuće zbog nedostatne upućenosti, senzibiliziranosti, straha i stigme.
Stoga smo oformili psihosocijalni mobilni tim, koji se sastoji od članova udruge.  Mobilni tim po pozivu odlazi u domove osoba, intervenira u kriznim situacijama i prema potrebi članovi tima borave u obitelji dok za to traje potreba. Njihova je uloga stvoriti sigurno i tolerantno okruženje te pridonijeti boljem međusobnom razumijevanju osoba s psihosocijalnim izazovima i članova njihovih obitelji. Ključna komponenta ovog projekta je pružanje podrške obitelji u lakšem prepoznavanju i prevladavanju narušenih obiteljskih dinamika, s ciljem poboljšavanje unutarobiteljske komunikacije.

Nastavak provedbe projekta  financiranog sredstvima  iz europske unije : Uspostava mobilnih timova peer podrške u zajednici za osobe s psihosocijalnim teškoćama.
Projekt se temelji na Smjernicama za zaštitu mentalnog zdravlja u Hrvatskoj nastalih kao rezultat provedbe Twinning projekta Osiguravanje optimalne zdravstvene skrbi za osobe s poremećajima mentalnog zdravlja (CRO MHD), 2016-2017, koji je ukazao na nedostatak peer stručnjaka upoznatih s mogućnošću pružanja peer podrške u zajednici. Surađivali smo u dijelu aktivnosti Twininng projekta  zahvaljujući višegodišnjem iskustvu kontinuiranog provođenju grupa uzajamne psihičke peer podrške. Potaknuti tim iskustvom, u Zagrebu smo 2018. proveli edukaciju peer stručnjaka i formirali Mobilni tim peer podrške u kojem zajednički djeluju stručnjaci po iskustvu i stručnjaci s područja brige o mentalnom zdravlju, prvi takve vrste u RH.
Strateški planovi i razvojne strategije u županiji ukazuju na deficit izvaninstitucionalnih usluga u zajednici za osobe s psihosocijalnim teškoćama i članove njihovih obitelji. Projektom ćemo proširiti primjere dobre prakse peer podrške.
Cilj projekta je socijalno uključiti, osnažiti, te povećati kvalitetu života osoba sa psihosocijalnim teškoćama i članova njihovih obitelji. Razvijanjem peer podrške u zajednici širimo mrežu izvaninstitucionalnih usluga u lokalnim zajednicama i na taj način doprinosimo stvaranju preduvjeta za proces deinstitucionalizacije u RH.
Projekt se provodi u sklopu Operativnog programa „Učinkoviti ljudski potencijali“ 2014.-2020., po pozivu: „Širenje mreže socijalnih usluga u zajednici – faza I“. Ukupni proračun projekta iznosi 1.497.924,11 kuna i u cijelosti je financiran bespovratnim sredstvima Europskog socijalnog fonda.


U listopadu  2021. započeli smo s provedbom projekta  „ Mentalno zdravlje i ljudska prava”, koji je podržan sa € 14,086,80  financijske podrške Islanda, Lihtenštajna i Norveške u okviru EGP grantova.

 Projekt nudi novi pristup usmjeren na oporavak, razvojem i primjenom inovativnih metoda uključivanja građana, orijentiran na pristup osnaživanja ranjivih skupina kroz zaštitu mentalnog zdravlja. Da bi se postigao ovaj cilj, provesti će se kampanje podizanja svijesti lokalne zajednice i osvještavanje problema zaštite ljudskih prava osoba sa psihosocijalnim teškoćama, putem aktivnosti psihošetnji, prezentacijom dokumentarnih filmova o mentalnom zdravlju, te putem Živih knjiga/ audio zapisa osobnih iskustava vezanih uz promociju i podizanje svijesti o međunarodnim standardima prava osoba sa psihosocijalnim poteškoćama. Uz rad grupa peer podrške, uspostavljanje i nastavak suradnje s predstavnicima institucija i civilnog sektora, te uključivanje mladih u zagovaračke akcije vezane uz promocije ljudskih prava, projektni rezultati po završetku projekta pridonose inicijativi za poboljšanje kvalitete skrbi i promicanje ljudskih prava osoba s psihosocijalnim teškoćama



Edukacije, konferencije i simpoziji

Sudjelovanje na raznim edukacijiamao izgradnji kapaciteta OCD-a, promicanju i zaštiti ljudskih prava u lokalnoj zajednici u okviru programa "Aktivni građani za ljudska prava - Online izgradnja kapaciteta organizacija civilnog društva" zajedno s OCD-ova  korisnicima Fonda za aktivno građanstvo.
Sudjelovanje na on-line Edukacije za peer stručnjake i radionice Plana osobnog oporavka. koje su vodile edukatorice iz Nizozemske Cassandra Berkman i Annette Furnemont 
U svibnju smo obilježili Tjedan svjesnosti o mentalnom zdravlju (od 10. svibnja do 16.svibnja) pod motom #Povežimo se s prirodom. Postoje razna istraživanja koja podržavaju ulogu koju priroda može igrati u zaštiti i podršci našeg mentalnog zdravlja. Čak samo 15 minuta tjedno šetnje u prirodi može biti dovoljno za poboljšanje vašeg mentalnog i emocionalnog zdravlja.
