Policy
All documents written by the CWWPP
are copyright to this organization. We will usually permit use of these
documents or citations from them for non-commercial, humanitarian and
educational purposes only under the following conditions:
-
the CWWPP is always cited as the
author of the document or citation;
-
the document is not used for
nationalistic, racist or other demeaning purposes;
-
we receive notice of the use of the
document or citation at least one week in advance. We reserve the right
to refuse use!
-
we receive a full copy of the article in
which the document or citation is used or, in the case of electronic media use,
a copy of the radio or television program. In the case of electronic use,
we need at least a site on which the citation can be found or a CD containing
the full text and the context in which the citation or document is used;
-
In the case of educational use, we
must receive a letter or e-mail specifying the type of use, the context and
how many copies are made.. If a citation is given in other educational
materials, we expect to receive the full document.

In all cases of citation or direct
use of documents, we expect the right to publish the document in whole or in
part as part of the publicity for the CWWPP, including publication of the
materials or parts of them on this website.
